HB Strength

Programming for this class focuses on two main lifts and accessory work. Build each week track you progress and GET STRONGER!

The barbell and kettlebell are the main tools used for a lot of these classes.  The coaches programming will offer variety, ensuring you build strength in each workout. Our coaches can offer modifications to any movement and can work with all fitness levels, novice to athlete. Our classes are no easy task, but they are personal, encouraging, and fun.

Monday & Weds | 5:00-6:00am, 9:00-10:00am, 4:30-5:30pm, 5:30-6:30pm

Tuesday | 6:30-7:30pm

Friday | 5:00-6:00am, 9:00-10:00am, 4:30-5:30pm


HB Conditioning 

Stay conditioned with the variety in this format. CIRCUITS, AMRAPS, EMOMS, TABATA and HIIT. All the programming will vary each week, using al modalities.

Tuesday & Thursday | 5:00-6:00am, 9:00-10:00am, 4:30-5:30pm, 5:30-6:30pm

Saturday | 7:00-8:00am, 8:30-9:30am



Strong First LogoA half hour format with a mix of strength and conditioning. This format uses kettlebells and body weights only.

At Huntley Barbell we believe in StrongFirst principles and teach hardstyle kettlebell technique. Our kettlebell coaches are all StrongFirst certified and deliver the best training to our members. During these classes you can expect to train all the foundational hardstyle movements. You will build strength, endurance, and improve your mobility.

Youth Fitness

Youth and Teen Fitness offers training to our young athletes. We focus on safe, efficient, full body strength programs. Our program helps build your athletes sport performance, overall strength and endurance, and teaches the foundations for growing with a healthy lifestyle. Our coaches instill technique and form in a fun and encouraging environment.  Your athlete will build confidence when training at Huntley Barbell.

Personal Training will compliment any fitness class to those who desire more individualized attention.  Nutrition coaching and a specific program design, tailored to your personal goals, are an option. Our coaches are highly trained and have worked with members who have goal specific training, athletes looking to better their performance, members who are working through injuries, people coming out of physical therapy, members with significant weight loss goals, and even the most intimidated novices looking to start somewhere.
