The kettlebell bootcamp is an 8 week program designed to teach the kettlebell fundamentals and train hard in the process. Programming will build each week and work around any fitness ability. Building strength and endurance is a focus in this format while working out in a fun and encouraging environment. Whether your goals include weight loss, building strength, learning how to use a kettlebell, or form a solid endurance platform, this class is for you.
The class will meet for 8 weeks, Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 9:00-9:45am. Registration is $200. Attend any of the kettlebell clinics in August, or register before August 25th, and save $20! Bootcamp Starts Monday September 10th.
